Project Overview
Shape Eye Optical is a doorstep optical service platform that brings eye testing, frame selection, and glasses delivery directly to users’ homes.
The goal was to design a modern, trustworthy, and mobile-first digital experience for a business model that differs from traditional optical stores.
The Problem
- Users were unfamiliar with doorstep optical services
- Trust needed to be established before booking a home visit
- The service flow had to feel simple, safe, and professional
- No predefined UX guidelines existed for this new model
